Located in the immediate vicinity of Villa Anna, this residence consists of 4 apartments, of which we manage two 3-room apartments sleeping 5 or 6 people. The outdoor area is for all guests, although each unit nevertheless has its own private area.

Composition of the apartments

Both 3-room apartments have two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds (in the apartment “Conchiglia” they can’t be attached together!), a lounge with flat-screen TV, dining area and a sofa (with one or two beds, respectively), a kitchen and a bathroom.

The apartment for 4/5 people (“Conchiglia”) is located on the first floor of the building, but it has an outdoor area with gazebo; the apartment for 5/6 people (“Gabbiano”) is located on the ground floor and  you can relax and eat in the shade of the veranda.

Shared facilities: washing machine, barbecue, car park, outdoor shower, children’s games; each apartment has: Flat-screen TV, microwave, shower, outdoor equipment for relaxation, mosquito nets at the windows. Camping beds are available on request.

How to reach us from Portoferraio

Once you exit Portoferraio, follow the signs to Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro. After the Pizzeria Restaurant – Hotel “Casanova”, which will be on your right after about a 10/15 minute drive, take the second right, signposted “Lido di Capoliveri” (at a crossroad with the “Albergo Bel Tramonto” sign). From this point on, follow the signs with directions to “Appartamenti Arco Bianco (& Villa Anna)”.
